1. App Features

Free Version

• Set one scheduled block with as many apps and breaks as you would like.
• Enjoy internally created memes during blocking periods when you aren’t on a break.
• Start a one-time block with unlimited apps & breaks whenever you aren’t in a scheduled block.

Premium Version

• Set unlimited blocking schedules with as many apps and breaks as you would like.
• Enjoy internally created memes during blocking periods when you aren’t on a break.
• Schedule vacations in advance of changing routines so your blocks don’t apply and you can use your phone freely.
• Start a one-time block with unlimited apps & breaks whenever you aren’t in a scheduled block.

Account

Users may create an account via their Apple ID to ensure effective app blocking and consistent settings across devices.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions offer additional features as detailed within the App.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase or after any trial period ends.

You may cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple account settings.

No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods.

3. User Responsibilities

Age Requirement: This app is intended for users aged 17 and older. By using this app, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Do not attempt to circumvent the blocking functionalities of the App.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must not use the App for any unlawful or malicious activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including custom memes, images, text, and graphics, are owned by touch grass. No content may be copied, modified, redistributed, or sold without explicit permission.

6. Content

All memes shown are internally produced and moderated by touch grass. No user-submitted content is allowed.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for consequences arising from blocked apps or inaccuracies in screen time tracking.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify touch grass and its affiliates against all claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.

10. Apple Terms

By using the App, you also agree to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

11. Changes to Terms

touch grass reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes through in-app notifications or updates.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the App for any violation of these terms, without notice.
