Grove may be downloaded for free with a limited onboarding or preview experience. Full gamified sleep tracking, advanced insights, premium challenges, and related features may require an active paid subscription (“premium”). Specific free vs. premium limits are shown in the app.
You may create an account so your sleep progress and settings can sync across devices.
Premium features are described in the app and on the App Store.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase or when a free trial ends.
You may cancel anytime in your Apple account subscription settings.
No refunds for unused portions of a subscription period except where required by law or Apple policy.
Grove is for general wellness and entertainment-style gamification. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional about sleep disorders or health concerns.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with other users, or attempt to cheat or manipulate gamification systems in ways that violate fair use or harm the service.
You may not use Grove for unlawful activity, to harass others, or to transmit malware or unauthorized automated traffic.
All Grove content (graphics, text, game design, branding, and software) is owned by Tegridy Labs LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell that content without written permission.
If the app allows notes or optional text you submit, you grant us a license to host and process that content only to operate Grove. You represent you have the rights to anything you submit.
Grove is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for decisions you make based on sleep estimates, gamified scores, or third-party data (including HealthKit).
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for Grove in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tegridy Labs LLC and its affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of Grove or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
By using Grove on iOS, you also agree to Apple’s App Store Terms of Service. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and Apple has no obligation to provide support for Grove.
We may update these Terms. We will provide notice of material changes through the app or other reasonable means.
We may suspend or terminate access to Grove for conduct that violates these Terms or puts users or the service at risk.
